Rule of law
Rule of law is based on practice of  fair and equitable law, supremacy of law. It is considered as a foundation of  modern democracy. Concept of rule of law was developed in 19th century aimed to enhance democracy, human rights and good governance. It guarantees  the people’s participation in ruling system and protects their rights. The development of the concept of rule of law was to end of autocracy, so it aims to establish limited governance.
Rule of law is formed from French word, Principle de legalite, which means the governance system, based on the law. In this system, even the lawmaker is within the realm law, so, there is supremacy of law and no one will be above the law. It has three philosophy, Supremacy of the law, equality.
